ETHNIC STREETS IN THE WORLD

・Eastwood is located 17km west of central Sydney. The station was originally
　built in the 19th century, but the area surrounding the station was not
　developed until the 1980's. Therefore, it gives us younger impression of the
　town, compared to other researched areas.

・The shopping street on the west side of the station has matured. There are a
　wide range of ethnic establishments, such as a Greek cafe, and numerous
　Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants. People of all ethnicities in the area
　enjoy shopping there.

・On the other hand, the shopping street on east side of the station, which
　recently developed around the car park building, has many Korean groceries,
　pharmacies and restaurants.
